How to Return & Refund
Step 1 :
Within 14 days of delivery, you can decide to return the product if it is defect, damaged or wrongly delivered.
Step 2 :
Contact us by email or phone to tell us the problem and make sure the item is returnable.
Step 3 :
Print out Return Note that we emailed to you. Pack the item in its original condition with mailing bag then post it to us.
Step 4 :
A refund will be processed to the original payment method, or preferred bank account once returned item(s) have been received and condition checked.
Return & Refund Policy
1) Change or Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team on 07-4348989. No cancellation fees shall be applicable. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to the us according to Return Policy.
If you have just placed an order but realise you’ve made a mistake with your address or item, please contact our customer service at 07-4348989 within an hour and we might be able to tweak your order. If you contact us 2 hours after order placed, we will not be able to make any changes as the product might have already been packed and tranfered to carrier.
2) Return Policy
You may contact us and return the product to us within fourteen(14) days of receipt and we must receive your returned items at our facility within 16 days. We do not honour any walk-in return. The product shall be un-used, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags (if applicable). Non-refundable items include socking, tudung and accessory. We accept return for products if it is incorrect item or defect.
2.1 Incorrect Item
If you believe you have received a wrong item, you can call our customer service or contact us at email@example.com with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. If the correct item stock is not available, we will refund instead.
2.2 Faulty and Defect of product
You may return defective, faulty product or item you did not order within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Please do not remove any tag. we would recommed you to call our customer service or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and provide visual evidence of the product in order to expedite the process.
returnable defect includes:
- broken, skip stitch
- dimension out of tolerence
- open seam or hem
- missing accessory
- smudge or stained
- zipper jam
Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) are not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurement are accurate as we not allow for size exchange.
When we receive your returned item, we inspect the item and provide a replacement if stock available or a refund instead. In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
We are unable to exchange the item for different sizing and color once order been dispatched.
Contact our customer service by email or call 07-4348989 to tell us the problem, if it is a returnable case, we will email the Return Note. Pack the item together with Return Note and send your parcel using a delivery method that allow tracking. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent. We DO NOT accept product returned after 14 days of receipt.

3) Refund Policy
Enzo reserve the right to reject any request for a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet the RETURN & REFUND POLICY requirement. It takes 1-2 days for us to do quality check when we receive the returned item. Once the return has been approved, refund will be complete within 7 working days to your bank account. Refund will be processed to the original payment method or refund to a preferred bank account.
3.1 Refund of Delivery Costs
We will refund your shipping costs when possible. In some cases, your entire shipping costs can be refunded, like if you are returning your whole order or Enzo deliver wrong item or defect products. We won’t be able to refund your shipping costs if you are only returning part of your order.
